Many of our customers have the the same questions and concerns regarding orders, the capturing and storage of personal information, shipping methods and shipping charges. Here is a list of the most common questions and answers provided for customers.

Your account details - including username and password - can be updated on the My Account page.

You will receive an order confirmation email which serves as a tax invoice. If you need to resend the order confirmation email you can do this via the ‘My Account’ section. Please Contact Us and quote your order number if you are having issues sourcing your tax invoice.

Firstly, we’re sorry! We’ve searched far and wide to bring you the best wines we can, which takes us all across Australia and beyond. Whilst we try to avoid it, with wines being sourced from across the globe, occasionally orders can get split and may arrive on your doorstep in separate shipments. Please Contact us or give us a call on 1300 761 956 so we can find out where your missing cases are.

Eligible customers may request that their Australia Post delivery be left unattended by requesting to use the Australia Post Safe Drop service. To do so, please follow the instructions on your Shipping Notification email to create an Australia Post 'My Post' account and request delivery via Safe Drop.

By asking to leave your wine unattended, you accept all associated risks of doing so, including the risk of theft. It is your responsibility to ensure that your nominated location is safe and secure, not accessible to minors and not exposed to high temperatures. Australia Post may refuse to leave your wine if they don't think your nominated location is suitable for any reason, in which case a calling card will be left.

Express deliveries via Toll Priority may not be left unattended.

Orders cannot be changed once they have been shipped so we recommend taking the time to check the delivery address prior to placing your order.

For standard deliveries, shipping costs are included in our pricing, regardless of location in Australia. Additional charges may apply for Express shipments via Toll Priority which will be calculated at the Checkout.

In the unlikely event that the wine received is faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality, please Contact us so that we can assist.

Once you have placed an order, please note that we are unable to cancel or edit your order. Accordingly, please ensure all product and delivery details are correct.We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases.

In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality (as defined in s54(2) of Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), please contact us on 1300 761 956 and we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as possible. If a refund is to be made, it will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-10 working days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your band for more information.

    At checkout before you click "Proceed to Payment" there is a box underneath the Order Summary to enter your Promo (or Voucher) code. Once you have entered a code and clicked "Apply" your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.

    Yes! If you spot something you like, and want to remember it for next time you can save it to your Wishlist. To do this, you’ll need to be logged in as a member (or sign up if you’re not already). Once you are logged in, simply click the red heart icon next to the product you want to save and it will be added to your Wishlist. Simple as that!

    Next time you want to make a purchase from your Wishlist, simply Log in and scroll down to your Wishlist. From there you can add your favourite wines straight into your Shopping Cart.

    Sorry, at this time we are unable to offer deliveries to addresses outside of Australia.

    Our Australia Post and Toll Priority services do not currently provide for time specific deliveries. However you can choose to delay your delivery, and select your desired shipping date (for a maximum of 30 days).

    Yes - we are happy to deliver to PO Box addresses when you select Australia Post Standard Shipping. The person collecting the wines must be 18 years of age or over and able to present identification corresponding to the name of the consignee. However, you are not able to send to a PO Box when selecting Express shipping as this is through a different supplier. Please feel free to Contact us if you have any questions.
