The use of this website is governed by these terms and conditions, which may be amended by us from time to time. Every time you use this website, you acknowledge to us that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

  1. During the period:
    1. starting from 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Friday, 5 July 2019 and ending 5.00pm AEST on Monday, 29 July 2019 (inclusive) (Home Appliance and Audio Visual Promotional Period), any customer over the age of 18 (Eligible Customer) who purchases selected home appliance and/or audio visual products which are specifically marked as Wolf Blass Wine Promotion home appliance products and audio visual products (Eligible Home Appliance and Audio Visual Products) from a Harvey Norman® or Harvey Norman At Domayne® Electrical Franchisee or from the franchisee operating the website www.harveynorman.com.au (each a Participating Franchisee) will be eligible to receive one (1) Wolf Blass redemption code which will entitle the Eligible Customer to claim and redeem one (1) Wolf Blass Wine package from Treasury Wine Estates Vintners Limited ABN 55 004 094 599 (Wolf Blass) (Wolf Blass Wine Package) (subject to these Terms) (Reward Code);

    2. starting from 9.00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Friday, 26 July 2019 and ending 5.00pm AEST on Sunday, 25 August 2019 (inclusive) (Cooking Promotional Period), any Eligible Customer who purchases selected cooking products which are specifically marked as Wolf Blass Wine Promotion cooking products (Eligible Cooking Products) from a Participating Franchisee will be eligible to receive one (1) Reward Code which will entitle the Eligible Customer to claim and redeem one (1) Wolf Blass Wine Package from Wolf Blass (subject to these Terms); (the Wolf Blass Wine Promotion).

  2. The promoter of the Wolf Blass Wine Promotion is Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd A.C.N. 138 299 288 of Level 1, 500 Chapel Street, South Yarra VIC 3141. Phone: 1300 981 526 (Promoter). Wolf Blass, each Participating Franchisee, Harvey Norman Holdings Limited (HNHL) and each related body corporate of HNHL is not a promoter of the Wolf Blass Wine Promotion.

  3. The Wolf Blass Wine Promotion is open only to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, HNHL, each subsidiary of HNHL, Participating Franchisees associated with the Wolf Blass Wine Promotion are ineligible to claim a Reward Code. Immediate families means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

  4. Promotional Period, means:

    1. in respect of Eligible Home Appliance and Audio Visual Products, the Home Appliance and Audio Visual Promotional Period; and

    2. in respect of Eligible Cooking Products, the Cooking Promotional Period.

  5. The possible Wolf Blass Wine Packages available for redemption by an Eligible Customer from Wolf Blass are as follows:

    1. Wolf Blass Wine Package 1:

    2. Where an Eligible Customer purchases one or more of:
      1. Eligible Home Appliance and Audio Visual Products during the Home Appliance and Audio Visual Promotional Period; or

      2. Eligible Cooking Products during the Cooking Product Promotional Period; (each an Eligible Product)

      from a Participating Franchisee for an aggregate purchase price from $399 up to $1,499 (including GST) in a single transaction, that Eligible Customer will be entitled to receive one (1) Reward Code which will entitle the Eligible Customer, as the owner of the rights conferred by the Reward Code, to claim and receive from Wolf Blass, 12 bottles of one (1) of the following wine varieties valued at Recommended Retail Price (RRP) $300 in aggregate ($25 per bottle):
      1. Wolf Blass Silver Label Sauvignon Blanc;

      2. Wolf Blass Silver Label Chardonnay;

      3. Wolf Blass Silver Label Rose;

      4. Wolf Blass Silver Label Shiraz.

      (The Eligible Customer can select one (1) wine variety from the list above - subject to availability as determined by Wolf Blass).
    3. Wolf Blass Wine Package 2:

Where an Eligible Customer purchases Eligible Products from a Participating Franchisee for an aggregate purchase price of $1,500 (including GST) and above, in a single transaction, that Eligible Customer will be entitled to receive one (1) Reward Code which will entitle the Eligible Customer, as the owner of the rights conferred by the Reward Code, to claim and receive from Wolf Blass, 12 bottles of Wolf Blass Silver Label Sparkling valued at RRP $300 in aggregate ($25 per bottle), and 12 bottles of one (1) of the following wine varieties valued at RRP $300 in aggregate ($25 per bottle):
      1. Wolf Blass Silver Label Sauvignon Blanc;

      2. Wolf Blass Silver Label Chardonnay;

      3. Wolf Blass Silver Label Rose;

      4. Wolf Blass Silver Label Shiraz.

      (The Eligible Customer can select one (1) wine variety from the list above - subject to availability as determined by Wolf Blass).
  6. A reference to a RRP of a wine in Wolf Blass Wine Package is a reference to a RRP of that wine as published or specified by Wolf Blass.
  7. Before the Eligible Customer can make a claim to receive a Wolf Blass Wine Package from Wolf Blass (Customer Claim), the Eligible Customer must purchase the Eligible Product, provide the Participating Franchisee with their email address, and take delivery of the Eligible Product. The Participating Franchisee will insert the prescribed Eligible Customer information (including purchase price of the Eligible Product) into the Portal (as defined below) to record that the Eligible Customer qualifies to redeem a Wolf Blass Wine Package. The Eligible Customer will then:
    1. receive an email from the Promoter (Email);

    2. be prompted to visit https://hn.wineestatespromos.com/Login.action (Portal);

    3. on the Portal:

      1. insert their contact and delivery information;

      2. select their preferred wine variety;

      3. provide evidence that the Eligible Customer is over 18 years of age;

      4. confirm that the Eligible Customer has accepted these Terms and Conditions; and

      5. enter and apply their Reward Code.

  8. If an Eligible Customer does not have an email address, the Eligible Customer must call 1300 981 526 to make a Customer Claim.

  9. A Customer Claim must be made by an Eligible Customer by 11:59pm (AEST) on the expiry date noted in the Email (which will generally be the date being one (1) month after the date of the Email) (Expiry Date). Each Reward Code will lapse immediately after the Expiry Date, unless a valid Customer Claim has been made in respect of the Reward Code on or before the Expiry Date.

  10. Each Eligible Customer is limited to one (1) Customer Claim per purchase of Eligible Products.

  11. Separate transactions cannot be aggregated or collated to qualify the customer as an Eligible Customer. Even if a customer makes two (2) or more Eligible Product purchases, and the purchase price of each transaction in aggregate exceeds the qualifying purchase price, the customer is deemed not to be an Eligible Customer in relation to those transactions. The purchase of Eligible Products must exceed the qualifying purchase price in a single transaction to qualify the customer as an Eligible Customer.

  12. Once an Eligible Customer selects their preferred wine variety for the Wolf Blass Wine Package when making a Customer Claim on the Portal, that selection cannot be changed.

  13. Eligible Customers must contact the relevant Participating Franchisee if they believe there has been an incorrectly processed transaction in relation to the purchase of Eligible Products. The Promoter is unable to reverse any transactions recorded by a Participating Franchisee in the Portal.
  14. In respect of each valid Customer Claim, Wolf Blass will supply and deliver the relevant Wolf Blass Wine Package via Australia Post on behalf of the Promoter to the address nominated by the Eligible Customer (at no additional cost to the Eligible Customer) within thirty (30) days after the date on which Wolf Blass receives a valid Customer Claim from that Eligible Customer, except in the cases of supply and delivery to rural or remote areas of Australia, in which case Wolf Blass will supply and deliver the relevant Wolf Blass Wine Package to the address nominated by the Eligible Customer (at no additional cost to the Eligible Customer) within six (6) weeks after the date on which Wolf Blass receives a valid Customer Claim from that Eligible Customer.

  15. "Delivery"" of Wolf Blass Wine Packages constitutes the first attempt by Australia Post to deliver a Wolf Blass Wine Package pursuant to a Customer Claim and that neither Wolf Blass nor Promoter is liable for any delays if the Eligible Customer is not home to accept delivery of the Wolf Blass Wine Package and the Wolf Blass Wine Package is subsequently sent to the local post office.

  16. While the Promoter and Wolf Blass only use reputable shipping partners, neither Wolf Blass nor the Promoter shall be liable for wine bottles and wine boxes damaged or broken during shipment.

  17. Wolf Blass Wine Packages can only be delivered in Australia.

  18. If the total stock of any of the wine varieties included in the Wolf Blass Wine Package is depleted, Wolf Blass reserves the right to provide Eligible Customers with an alternative replacement wine variety that is of equal quality and value to fulfil the Wolf Blass Wine Package. Eligible Customers will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that an alternative replacement wine variety that is of equal quality and value is replaced to fulfil their claimed Wolf Blass Wine Package.

  19. Customers can contact Wolf Blass on 1300 981 526.

  20. Participating Franchisees are not obliged to offer an alternative to the Reward Code to any customer under the age of 18.

  21. A Reward Code is not transferable and can only be claimed and redeemed from Wolf Blass by the Eligible Customer who purchased the Eligible Product from a Participating Franchisee.

  22. A Reward Code cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or in any other manner, in whole or in part.

  23. A Reward Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

  24. The Promoter encourages consumers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. Legally aged consumers are advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Guidelines to Reduce Health Risks from Drinking Alcohol.   25. Eligible Customers will be refused service of alcohol or provision of a Wolf Blass Wine Package if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of Wolf Blass relating to the responsible service of alcohol.

  26. Wolf Blass will supply and deliver Wolf Blass Wine Packages to Eligible Customers under South Australian liquor licence number 51403170.

  27. The Promoter collects information that is required to administer the supply and deliver of Wolf Blass Wine Packages to Eligible Customers, which includes providing your details to Wolf Blass and its shipping partners. This information is collected by the Promoter and Wolf Blass solely to support the administration of the Wolf Blass Wine Promotion, unless Eligible Customers subsequently provide consent to receive further information from Wolf Blass.

  28. The Wolf Blass Wine Promotion may be communicated or advertised on social media platforms including Facebook and/or Instagram. The Wolf Blass Wine Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Eligible Customers are providing their personal contact and delivery information to the Participating Franchisees and the Promoter, not to Facebook or Instagram. Eligible Customers completely releases Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability.

  29. A copy of Wolf Blass' privacy policy can be obtained at www.tweglobal.com/privacy.

  30. A copy of Edge Loyalty's privacy policy can be obtained at https://www.edgepri.com/home/privacy.

  31. The laws of Victoria apply to the Wolf Blass Wine Promotion. By making a valid Customer Claim, Eligible Customers unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
